Auriga is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth through strategic outreach, marketing collaboration, and direct prospect engagement. If you’re passionate about sales in the tech industry and thrive in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Our expectations
✅ We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the software development landscape and a passion for growing customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager in a software development company
- Proven success in generating and closing new business opportunities
- Experience with EU or US business cultures
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, assertive, and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
- Proficient with CRM and project management tools
- Solid understanding of the IT and software services market
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
- Fluent in English
Desired Skills:
- Technical understanding of modern software development methods and tools
- Background in system-level software (BSP, embedded, firmware, RTOS) is a plus
- Experience working with device/chip manufacturers
- Familiarity with the software services business model
- Proven success selling large-scale service engagements to EU or US clients

What should you expect

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to acquire new customers
- Collaborate with marketing and a call center team to generate high-quality leads
- Attend tradeshows and networking events to identify and pursue opportunities
- Identify customer needs and work with the Delivery team to create tailored solutions
- Collaborate on high-quality sales proposals with Delivery and technical teams
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts and documentation
- Report on pipeline, opportunities, and risks to senior management
- Act as an Account Manager, liaising with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Back Office teams

Salary
Gross salary: €2800–€3500/month + Uncapped, results-based commission
